Q: What are your access hours? A: 6 AM to 10 PM every day with your personal access code. Q: Are the units climate controlled? A: The whole building is indoor and heated. We don't control humidity. Q: Do you have drive-up units? A: No. All units are inside the heated building, with wide hallways and carts. Q: How do I pay? A: Online any time at pay.storio.com, or call 907-265-4800 and choose option 2. Q: What's the move-in special? A: Half off your 2nd month on every unit size. Q: Do you have vehicle or large spaces? A: We have limited winter vehicle parking and large custom spaces. Call 907-265-4800 or text 907-341-4198. Q: What if I'm late on rent? A: There is a 5-day grace period. After that a late fee applies and building access pauses until the account is current. Call 907-265-4800 or text 907-341-4198 and we'll work it out. Q: What size do I need? A: Our units are indoor and narrower than typical drive-up units. A 30 sq ft locker holds boxes, bins, and seasonal gear. 35 to 45 sq ft fits a dorm room or small studio. 50 to 60 sq ft fits a studio or one-bedroom apartment. 75 sq ft fits a one-bedroom with furniture. 100 sq ft fits a two-bedroom.
